Both DOA and Street Fighter have similar gameplay modes so deciding which game is better really comes down to your personal preference of each game's fighting style. As I said earlier, personally I prefer the martial arts style of Dead Or Alive...

In which case, it's over to you. Do you prefer the over-the-top, projectile-based fighting games like Street Fighter (or Mortal Kombat and Guilty Gear), or do you prefer things a little more realistic and focused hand-to-hand combat as seen in Dead Or Alive (or Tekken or Virtua Fighter)?
