As an update from what we posted earlier regarding Hideo Kojima posting up a new image of Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D on his twitter and providing with a few new details, he has now gone on to post of this image you see above. It apparently comes from a trailer that he's working on, although no word is given as to what the trailer pertains to.
