Japan - 3DS' 'Spot TV' app is region locked

Time for more region locking hate. Obviously, Nintendo's new 'Spot TV' service in Japan is meant for Japanese viewers only.Those of you who thought it might not be, raise your hand... now slap yourself with it, twice.
